Promotes development to main: #51 (see CHANGES.md 0.11.0). No server configuration needed: TRIAL_COOKIE_DAYS and OWNER_WEBSITE_URL default sensibly.

… navy

- Trial cookie: after a guest trial the API sets cv_trial for
  TRIAL_COOKIE_DAYS (30), httpOnly, SameSite=Strict, holding only the trial's
date and an HMAC of it. While a valid one is present, the challenge and
trial endpoints answer 429 "Trial already used in this browser", and the
chat says so instead of offering a trial. The challenge request now sends
credentials so the cookie is seen cross-origin. Strictly necessary for the
requested trial, so no consent banner; docs/privacy.md covers both cookies.
- Wording: the owner's new trial copy in lib/copy.ts — "Try me! Ask a few
questions", a notice that mentions the cookie, messages that point a guest
to the owner by name ("…or ask Michael"), and a greeting that asks what you
would like to know about them. The trial messages take the owner's name.
- chat.mringdal.com on mringdal.com's palette: navy throughout, the bars
included, no lines between them, no steel-blue frame; theme-color navy; no
viewport-fit=cover (DuckDuckGo's blank row above the bar). design.md updated.
- Footer links the owner's own site first (OWNER_WEBSITE_URL, mringdal.com by
  default), in the same tab.
