What changed

  • New page /docs/ai-labels ("AI labels & holds", under Workspace). It covers labels, internal flags, held uploads, turning holds off, and how to read or search labels. The content moved over from the "Experimental: AI labels" section of /docs/agents.
  • /docs/agents keeps a short pointer section. Its #experimental-ai-tags and #held-uploads anchors still resolve there, so links already posted in PR comments still work.
  • The settings page help link, the Slack hold DM docs link, llms.txt, the docs hub and the other docs pages now point at the new page. The search aliases for labels and holds move to it too.
  • Two stale lines are fixed:

The PR comment's held line still links /docs/agents#held-uploads, and that link reaches the new page through the pointer section. I left it unchanged so the generated comment renderer doesn't need to change.

The open question about holds, serving the "Held for review" image at the file URL and an admin-chosen policy, is filed as #1265.

Testing

  • pnpm test passes (7584 tests).
  • pnpm --filter @uploads/web build succeeds.
  • I checked the built page in a browser.

Generated by Claude Code

Move the AI labels and held uploads section out of "Set up your agent"
into /docs/ai-labels, with a short pointer left behind so existing
/docs/agents#held-uploads links still land somewhere useful. Point the
settings page, Slack hold DM, and other docs at the new page.

Also fix two stale lines: hosted MCP uploads up to 25 MiB now get labels
and hold checks, and the Slack hold message names what was found and
links Settings -> AI labels.
