What this changes

Rebuilds the 40-second promo (site/promo/promo.html) and re-renders site/assets/promo.mp4 and promo.png.

• Current outputs. "What it makes" now lists post, video, deck and figures, as the site does (feat: a deck output, and export files named after the story #34). The "how it works" drawing has three steps, record, plan, then post, video and deck, matching the site's drawing since fix(site): simpler copy, one frame across pages, and example preview cards #39.
• Fig. 2 as the post draws it now. Margin notes with leader lines take the place of numbered keys (feat(anatomy): margin notes and a tonal flat view instead of numbered keys #41).
• One line to read per scene. Each scene has one headline in the same top-left spot, with short handwritten labels at most. The eyebrows, subtitles, stats line, player clock, scene-number corner labels and the "MIT" in the footer are gone. Headlines drop their full stops.
• The post's own text is greeked. In the post scene its words become grey bars, as on the home page canvas (site/hero/greek.js). That keeps the skill's output from competing with the video's headline. The headline holds still while the post scrolls behind it.
• Copy. The opening is now "Every feature you've shipped has a story / It's buried in pull requests", and the typed request is /buildnotes video how we built room walkthroughs. The post scene adds "a release story or a technical deep dive", and the outputs scene reads "Multiple formats".
• It builds again. The page broke when dossier left site/iso.mjs in fix(site): simpler copy, one frame across pages, and example preview cards #39, so every export showed a half-drawn end card.

Why

The promo still showed a deep-dive and release-story list, a dossier step and numbered keys that the skill no longer produces. Review of the re-render found too much text to read: notes scrolled past too fast, and the post's words were hard to tell apart from the video's own labels.

Checks

• A line under Unreleased in CHANGELOG.md.
• node --test dev/test/*.test.mjs passes on Node 22. CI runs it; this PR only touches the promo page and its renders.
• Stills of every beat were checked in the browser and taken from the rendered MP4.
