Fixes for the live view, released as v0.3.1.

• Beat indicator above the master meter: one row per deck in the deck's colour, with the current beat of the bar lit (from the beat grid).
• Crossfader: it had no effect, because every channel started as "thru". Deck A is now on side A and deck B on side B. A mix that plays its decks through ("Play live", automix) gives the assignment back when it stops.
• Faders and knobs jumped while dragged: each drag step was added to the value coming back from the engine, which arrives a buffer or two late. A drag now works on its own value from where it started.
• Tracks showed a text cursor over their name and couldn't be dragged: label text is no longer selectable anywhere.
• Mixer layout: the faders are centred under the knobs, the level meters sit on the outer sides (mirrored), and there's a gap above the faders. Stem knobs show their colour when a stem plays. The key buttons fit the pitch column.

New engine test crossfader_mixes_assigned_decks_and_a_mix_gives_them_back. Clippy and the app, engine and core tests pass locally. I checked each change in screenshots of the running app; I couldn't try the drag feel by hand.
