webpack 5.112 moved an internal file that Encore 1 requires, and with no lockfile CI picked it up and broke the website build. This supersedes #2155 by moving the website to Encore 7, Bootstrap 5.3 and Dart Sass with a committed lockfile and Node 24.22.1, keeping the rendered site visually unchanged. The workflow now builds without secrets, deploys from a separate job, cancels superseded runs, and installs dependencies with install scripts disabled, taking
npm auditfrom 27 vulnerabilities to none.
