[Roadmap][Phase 1] Round-3: model Enums + Consts + .sql queries in graph #19

Goal

Close round-3 prompts for codegraph-vba: model Enums, Consts, and .sql saved queries as first-class nodes in the graph. Once shipped, every codegraph query that touches these (or references them) returns correct results.

Parent epic

Part of ardelperal/VBA_TOOLKIT_BENCH#1 (Phase 1 — Bisturí puro).

Acceptance criteria

• Enum declarations modeled as enum nodes, members as enum-member edges (or consistent kind naming of choice)
• Const declarations (module-level Private Const / Public Const) modeled as const nodes, with value attached
• .sql saved queries (Access QueryDefs) modeled as query nodes; SQL tokens linked to referenced tables/fields when name resolution is unambiguous
• codegraph_explore returns these nodes correctly (sample queries in ardelperal/VBA_TOOLKIT_BENCH/tests/)
• RED + GREEN tests against Gestion_Riesgos.accdb (in ardelperal/VBA_TOOLKIT_BENCH)
• README.md updated: node kinds table includes the three new kinds

Required side-effect

Three new skills in Phase 1 depend on this closure:

• vba-event-tracer (depends on event declarations in the graph)
• vba-handler-backtrace (depends on Event + Type modeling)
• vba-sql-impact (depends on .sql query modeling)

Closing this issue unblocks ardelperal/VBA_TOOLKIT_BENCH#9, #10, #11.

Prompt pack for the maintainer

The orchestrator will provide a step-by-step prompt to the maintainer (similar to the existing prompt packs for #611-#614 in DysTelefonica/dysflow). To be filled in once the orchestrator initiates a Round-3 batch.
