Bumps the version to 0.4.1 (pyproject.toml and apertis.__version__). The changelog's "Unreleased" section becomes "v0.4.1", which covers #16 and #17.

• python -m build produces apertis-0.4.1-py3-none-any.whl and apertis-0.4.1.tar.gz. twine check --strict passes for both. Metadata: Version: 0.4.1, Requires-Python: >=3.9.
• The test suite ran against the installed wheel (each environment asserted apertis came from site-packages with __version__ == "0.4.1"). 132 passed on each of Python 3.13, 3.14, 3.9, and 3.9 with the minimum dependencies (pydantic 2.0.3, httpx 0.25.0, typing-extensions 4.7.1).
• Installing from the sdist on 3.13 also passed all 132 tests.
• Real-socket smoke test of the installed wheel against a local stdlib HTTP server, in the same four environments. On top of the 0.4.0 coverage it exercises responses.create(stream=True) with typed input_text parts, the delta/completed events, an error event that raises RateLimitError and closes the response, and the async Responses stream.
• No live API calls were made.

After merge, PyPI publishing goes through the guarded Publish to PyPI workflow, dispatched from the merge commit.
