Bumps the version to 0.4.0 (pyproject.toml and apertis.__version__). The changelog's "Unreleased" section becomes "v0.4.0", which covers #7–#11.

• python -m build produces apertis-0.4.0-py3-none-any.whl and apertis-0.4.0.tar.gz.
• twine check --strict passes for both.

  • Python 3.9 with the minimum dependencies (pydantic 2.0.3, httpx 0.25.0, typing-extensions 4.7.1)
• Installing from the sdist on 3.13 also passed all 122 tests.
• Real-socket smoke test: the installed wheel ran against a local stdlib HTTP server, with no respx, in the same four environments. It covered:
  • chat SSE stream, and parallel_tool_calls / max_completion_tokens in the body
  • messages SSE with thinking, ping skipped and message_delta
  • a stream error event that raises RateLimitError and closes the response
  • a 404 on a streamed request that raises NotFoundError
  • responses.output_text
  • speech bytes
  • multipart transcription, parsed back by the server: filename, size, model and repeated timestamp_granularities[]
  • translation as srt text
  • async messages stream and async transcription
• No live API calls were made.

After merge, PyPI publishing goes through the guarded Publish to PyPI workflow, dispatched from the merge commit.
