Scope Certbot renewal to the configured proxy certificate. Fix curl credential encoding and use CONNECT tunnels for chain IP checks so decoy pages cannot produce false verification results.
Validation: 154 tests, Ruff and Ansible syntax checks passed; fleet verification passed on all 12 inventory hosts, ACME dry-run on 11 TLS hosts, and trusted TLS checks on 16 endpoints.
