Summary

Routine toolchain and dependency refresh.

• Toolchain: already on the latest stable (1.99.1, pinned in rust-toolchain). No change required; confirmed current with rustup update stable && rustc +stable --version.
• MSRV: the project does not set rust-version anywhere, so nothing changed.
• Dependencies: every direct dependency in every Cargo.toml is already at its latest release (verified against crates.io). cargo update produced one transitive lockfile bump:
  • crc32fast v1.5.2 → v1.5.3
• Code changes: No code changes were required.
