Code changes

zip 9.0 changed ZipFile::name() to return Result<Cow<'_, str>, ZipError> instead of Cow<'_, str>. Updated the call site in src/decompress_zip.rs to propagate the error with ?:

cargo build --all-targets, cargo xfmt, cargo clippy --all-targets, and cargo test all pass locally.
