Combines Dependabot PRs #69, #70, #71, #72, #73 and #74. The tRPC packages pin each other as exact peers, so @trpc/client, @trpc/server and @trpc/react-query have to move to 11.19.0 together; the separate Dependabot PRs each failed npm ci with ERESOLVE. Combines the open Dependabot PRs into one lockfile update:
