Every GitHub Actions workflow using .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml reaches its pnpm install step, and pnpm enables --frozen-lockfile by default in CI. Because pnpm-lock.yaml still declares js-yaml: ^4.1.1 and lodash-es: ^4.17.21, this manifest change causes installation to stop with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE before PR checks, deployments, or indexers can run. Regenerate and commit the lockfile with these dependency updates.
