On a demo project /ktms:assess reported that the README has no Sizing section and recommended one replica, while README > Operations > Sizing says to run at least two.

The skill now says where Sizing is (a ### section under Operations) and carries its key numbers: 1 vCPU per 1,000 RPS, 256/512 MiB memory, at least two replicas behind a load balancer, one replica only for a trial.

go vet and go test ./... -race pass, including the skill checks.
