Copies proto/ktms/v1 from KTMS v1.3.6 (same as main): node.proto gains NodeService.PullNodeUsage with NodeUsageRecord. internal/gen is regenerated; the console does not use the new RPC yet.

The daily E2E against main run has been red since 2026-10-24: its
protostep found thatproto/ktms/v1no longer matches KTMSmain.Changes
proto/ktms/v1copied whole from KTMSv1.3.6(identical tomaintoday). The only difference wasnode.proto:NodeRegistryService.PullNodeUsagewithNodeUsageRecord(includingoutcome = 11anderror_code = 12),PullNodeUsageRequest/Response.internal/genregenerated from scratch (buf generate, asscripts/proto-check.shdoes).scripts/e2e.refs:E2E_KTMS_REFv1.2.0→v1.3.6.E2E_TOKENMETER_REFstaysv1.1.0, the latest light-tokenmeter release.[Unreleased]entry. The console does not call the new RPC; node usage in the UI is a separate task.Checks
