Achib Hossen — Fullstack Developer

Siteman — multi-tenant SaaS for construction companies

Construction sites usually track labour and cash in notebooks. There is no shared record, and no trail when a figure is changed. Siteman gives each company a workspace: admins create sites and staff; site managers log daily attendance (presence, wage, fooding, advance) and site cash (deposit, cost, withdrawal); auditors review unreviewed changes. Reports answer, for a site and date range, what the cash balance is and what is still owed.

I built both sides: the API (Django, DRF, PostgreSQL) owns tenancy, JWT auth, roles, validation, and business rules; the React client handles the UI and daily workflows. Redis is used for caching, Cloudflare R2 for uploads, Railway for the API, and Netlify for the frontend.
