Overview

This PR adds the holder-facing UI for key retirement: a retirement banner with buyback price and notice countdown, a voluntary sell panel for exiting before forced buyback, a notice-period progress indicator, and a buyback confirmation view. Changes are limited to the common components listed below.

  • Status banner alignment with the retirement state.
