Build portfolio rebalance UI with target allocation configuration #1139
Description
Summary
Implement a portfolio rebalance panel where users configure target allocation percentages across their held keys and preview required swaps before executing an atomic rebalance.
Scope
- Rebalance tab on portfolio page listing held keys with current % and target % inputs
- Total allocation validator showing running sum with error when not 100%
- Preview Rebalance button calls get_rebalance_preview API and shows required swaps
- Execute Rebalance button submits execute_rebalance contract call
- RebalanceExecuted toast on confirmation with per-key swap summary
Acceptance Criteria
- Total allocation validator shows error correctly when inputs do not sum to 100%
- Preview returns accurate required swaps and estimated costs
- Execute submits correct contract call with configured allocations
- RebalanceExecuted toast shows correct per-key swap summary
- Execute button disabled until allocations sum to 100%
