Workflow verified candidate: e892b30ca8c2b98ae9a40c3077d496e92ce4d8d28101e2c254a3f121bdc1d215 Workflow baseline snapshot: 261ab94af1f959fb1af7ca3258c0a7ad7a9a742c0f2345b96291cfa618710f03 CI-only Git snapshot of the complete verified working tree. This commit also contains dirty baseline changes that predate the active workflow change because their exact preimages are not fully recoverable. Do not merge this commit. CI-only verification completed. Exact-authority GitHub Actions run 34421909450 restored 37 local POSIX modes, reproduced the local 610-file workflow candidate authority exactly, and passed all verification/public API/consumer/integration gates. Evidence EV-EXT-003 is recorded and local workflow now reports release_ready=true. Closing without merge. |

The active workflow change began on a dirty working tree and several pre-change bytes for paths later touched by repair attempt 6 are not recoverable from retained transaction preimages. Therefore this branch intentionally uses a single complete candidate snapshot commit rather than pretending to provide an exact baseline/current two-commit history. It includes dirty baseline changes that predate chg-609e1ba6ea.
File contents match the locally verified candidate. Local non-Git permission modes (for example 0600/0711) are Git-canonicalized to 0644/0755 while preserving executable semantics.
Local workflow status before this PR: MERGE_READY, local blockers=0. This PR exists only to obtain the external project-native GitHub verification stage; it will be closed and the branch deleted after evidence is captured.
