cargo-deny now fails every build on four new rustls advisories (RUSTSEC-2026-0346, -0347, -0348, -0349), all fixed in 0.23.46. Only the rustls entry in Cargo.lock changes;
cargo update -p rustlsalso re-resolved some windows-sys and getrandom entries, which are left as they were.
