…ibed The recorder bot's device says what it does in its processingModes; the roster keeps the hidden bots apart and tells it, and the bar shows a red dot with the words, as the Teams client does.

Stacked on #37, which keeps the hidden bots out of the room; this reads what they do.
The call recorder's device entry in the roster carries
endpointMetadata.processingModeswithrecordingandrealTimeTranscriptstates. The roster now keeps the hidden bots apart with what each does, the call tells it when it changes, and the bar shows a red dot with "This meeting is being recorded and transcribed" (or either alone), with a Dutch translation. The demo meeting shows it too.
