Summary

• Add a discoverable architecture glossary for the core terms listed in the issue.
• Define the Executive Kernel, Executive Model/model lease, EAP, Alignment Contract, canonical state, Intelligence Fabric, Tool Gateway, action classes, durable missions, worker leases/fencing, evidence gates, and remediation/rollback in plain technical language.
• Link each definition to the repository's existing specification, invariant, requirement, or ADR rather than introducing new architecture.
• Add the glossary to the README's top navigation and Start Here table.

Scope and evidence

• Documentation-only; no runtime behavior, authority rules, or release gates changed.
• Checked every relative link in the new glossary against the current repository tree.
• Definitions preserve the repository's distinction between implemented checkpoint capabilities and target-environment evidence.

Validation

• Initial branch diff was empty against main at a006b241a3caf604ba72062dc639c1d01f7b6273.
• Final compare contains only docs/architecture/GLOSSARY.md and two README link additions.
• GitHub Actions CI will be checked after the PR-triggered run starts.
