Tests for #33.
An admission sequence on the Durable Object (unchanged lookup writes ledger records only, no
list()calls, 301 consumptions keep at most 65 stored events, and the balance survives eviction), and rollup tests at watermark and reset-window boundaries and at the limit. Both fail when the matching change is reverted.vitest runpasses for@emulators/autumn(61) and@emulators/cloudflare(18); eslint andtscpass for both.
