Thought experiment (RESDISCO-248), not for merge as is. Rebuilt on the Nuxt 4 client (#898), replacing #944, with the changes from the 27 Oct call. Targets nuxt-client.

What changes on the network page

• Upcoming events. Before, the page had no events section. Now it has one, opening as a month calendar, with a List | Calendar toggle (the choice is remembered), a "Subscribe to calendar" link for the whole network, and filters: groups, next 7 / 30 days or a custom range, and "include past events" (off by default).
• Busy days. Each calendar day shows up to 5 events; the rest become "+N more", which opens a list of that day's events anchored to the day, each linking to the event, like Google Calendar. On phones, the day's count dot opens the same list as a bottom sheet.
• Readable chips. Each group has its own colour (white text, at least 4.5:1 contrast) and its logo where it has one. Cancelled events are struck through. Events on unapproved or archived groups are dashed, and only the network's coordinators and admins see them.
• Impact period. Before, the impact figures were all time only. Now an All time | Last 12 months toggle sits above them; Last 12 months is the last 12 completed calendar months and the page says which months.
• Page order. Before: header, Impact, About, Coordinators, groups and events awaiting moderation, Groups, Tags. Now: header, groups and events awaiting moderation (coordinators and admins), Impact, About, Coordinators, Upcoming events, Groups, Tags.
• Shorter sections. Coordinators are one row with "Show N more" (before, all of them, wrapping). The groups list shows 5 groups then "Show all" (before, every group); the map still shows them all. Tags use the full page width (before, half), and the new-tag inputs stay hidden until "Add tag" is clicked.

What changes in the API

• GET /api/v2/networks/{id}/events: before, start/end returned only events wholly inside the window; now they return events overlapping it. Each event has cancelled and its group has approved. By default, events on archived groups are now left out as well as those on unapproved groups. include_unapproved=1 brings both back, but only for admins and this network's coordinators (Sanctum or api_token login); for anyone else it is ignored.
• GET /api/v2/networks/{id}/stats?period=last_12_months returns figures for the last 12 completed months plus the dates covered. Without period, it returns all-time figures as before.

en, fr and fr-BE strings. Tests: PHPUnit for the events API and stats period, Vitest for the new components and page, and e2e for the page order and period toggle.

• Emails go to shared Mailpit, never to real recipients. Image uploads are disabled.
