Description

Proxies report again, but operators still cannot see why players fail to connect or which release a proxy runs.

Proxies now send metrics again, yet every proxy reports its version as unknown, so a dashboard cannot show which release a rollout has reached. Staff also have no metric that says why players fail to get onto the network or which backend refuses them; the only trace is in backend log lines. This pull request proposes two separate changes: a build fix that restores the release version, and a feature change that adds connection, session, client version and backend health metrics.
