Description

The proxy dashboard's "Backend up" and "Backend latency" panels now show one line per backend instead of one per proxy.

Every proxy measures every backend, so the panels showed one line per proxy under the same backend name, which looked like duplicate or flapping series. Now the panels collapse the proxies into one line per backend: latency shows the worst value any proxy measured, and a backend counts as down as soon as one proxy cannot reach it.
