Summary

/help now only lists the commands the member who runs it can actually use.

  • Bot-admin commands (adminOnly) only show for members with a bot-admin role (same isAdmin check the commands run).
  • Commands with permissionsRequired only show when the member holds all of those permissions (Administrator counts as all). Outside a server, only commands without required permissions show.
  • Categories that end up empty are left out.
  • Every help page ends with a hint: "Missing a command? You only see the ones your permissions in this server allow."
  • Bot-admin commands in linking/ and management/ now declare adminOnly so the help filter knows about them.
  • CHANGELOG, DISCORD_CHANGELOG and docs/FEATURES.md updated; tests cover the filter.

Generated by Claude Code

Bot-admin commands (adminOnly) show only for bot-admin roles, commands with
permissionsRequired only for members holding them, and every page says why a
command can be missing.
