This PR will serve as the place to put the final few bits before we are ready for 1.0 release!

Road to 1.0

WheelWitch is getting close to a proper 1.0 release.

Before 1.0

  • Set up a stable release workflow instead of only publishing the moving ci prerelease
  • Update the README and release documentation to match the actual CI setup
  • Remove or update the beta wording in the onboarding flow
  • Update the README screenshots
  • Test the signed release APK on real devices
  • Test a clean install and an update from an existing version
  • Test the full first-time setup flow:
    • Dolphin detection
    • Storage folder selection
    • ROM selection
    • Pack installation
    • Launching Dolphin
  • Test save backup, restore, and deletion
  • Test pack updates and failed downloads
  • Decide whether the current WBFS validation is sufficient for 1.0
  • Document any known limitations
