⚡ perf: Cache parsed tech.toml files during module resolution - #203
Conversation
Introduces a HashMap to cache the parsed entry paths from `tech.toml` files during module resolution in `cli/src/project.rs`. This avoids redundantly reading and parsing the TOML manifest when a package is imported multiple times. Co-authored-by: Tcode-Motion <188012755+Tcode-Motion@users.noreply.github.com>

💡 What: Caches the parsed entry path from
tech.tomlduring dependency resolution incli/src/project.rs.🎯 Why: Previously, the
tech.tomlfile was synchronously read and parsed from scratch for every single import statement of a given package. In projects with many imports, this caused significant file I/O and parsing overhead.📊 Measured Improvement: Measured with a mock project importing the same package 20,000 times.
