docs: center PostgreSQL banner, convert to PNG - #179

- Center the logo+text group horizontally and vertically on the canvas (was left-aligned). - Shrink the canvas from 400 to 240px tall, trimming dead space above and below the 200px logo down to a 20px margin on each side. - Replace the hand-authored SVGs with pixel-equivalent transparent PNGs, matching the format of the primary Tabularis banner they sit below.

Follow-up to the README logo fix on
main: centers the elephant logo + "Native PostgreSQL support" text (was left-aligned), trims dead space above/below (canvas 400px → 240px, 20px margin around the 200px logo), and converts the banner from hand-authored SVG to transparent PNG to match the primary Tabularis banner's format.Note: the banner images referenced by README.md are pinned to
mainvia raw.githubusercontent.com URLs, so the second banner will render broken on this branch's own README preview until merged — confirmed the PNGs themselves load fine when fetched directly from this branch.
