A rich, icon‑packed status bar plugin for the micro terminal editor.

✨ Features

• Filetype icons — language‑aware icons for 30+ filetypes
• Git integration — branch name with an icon that changes based on your repo's dirty state, plus added / modified / deleted counts
• Battery indicator — live level with charging state, cached to stay fast (Linux only)
• Shell detection — auto‑detects bash, zsh, fish, nu, ksh, and more
• Modified / readonly indicator — ● when unsaved, 󰌾 when read‑only
• Selection info — shows [NL] lines or [NC] chars while text is selected
• Clock — always‑visible HH:MM

📋 Requirements

Requirement	Notes
micro (latest)	Older versions are not supported. Grab the latest from micro-editor.github.io or your package manager.
Nerd Font v3	Any v3 Nerd Font installed in your terminal — nerdfonts.com
git	Optional — git section simply won't appear without it

📦 Installation

Via micro's plugin manager (once published)

micro -plugin install smartstatus

⚙️ Setup

Add this to your ~/.config/micro/settings.json:

The left side (shell → filetype → filename) is managed automatically by the plugin.
The right side (git → cursor → battery → clock) is placed via statusformatr.

🔧 Customization

Edit smartstatus.lua to tweak:

• Battery path (change BAT0 / BAT1 in getBattery())
• Time format (modify os.date("%H:%M") in smartInfo())
• Icons or filetype mappings (adjust the tables at the top of the file)
