Summary
Adds an optional SuperQode extension that invokes the installed HOL Guard CLI from the existing
before_toolhook before command-bearing tool calls execute.The extension allows only an explicit benign Guard decision. Review, deny, malformed output, timeout, missing Guard, and subprocess failures stop the protected tool call instead of falling through unprotected.
