…loodHound Adds a `schema upload` command that sends one or more OpenGraph extension schemas (JSON files or zip bundles) to BloodHound's extensions endpoint. The target can be a file, a folder, or the name of an installed collector that ships a schema.json beside its extension.yaml. Settings come from the existing `destination.bloodhound` section (url in config.toml, token_id/token_key or a bearer token in secrets.toml), which saved-search uploads already use. The `destination.bloodhoundenterprise` section is read as a fallback, so Enterprise users need no new configuration. Each file reports created, updated, skipped (dry run), or failed, and the command exits non-zero if any file failed. Tested against a live Community Edition instance.

Leave per-file transport exception handling to its existing flow.

Add connect/read timeouts to upsert_extension and record requests exceptions as a failed result for that file instead of aborting the run.

…ert --method ingest` `openhound graph upload` attaches OpenGraph JSON files, or a zip of them such as ConfigManBearPig's bundle, to one BloodHound file-upload job, ends the job, and waits for BloodHound to finish. JSON is gzip-compressed and files over 5,000 nodes plus edges are cut into parts within the same job. `openhound convert <collector>` gains `--method write|ingest` (default write, unchanged). With ingest, OpenHound asks /api/version which edition it is talking to. Community Edition gets one file-upload job per run, each batch of 1,000 items attached as a gzip OpenGraph file carrying the collector's source kind. Enterprise, or an edition that cannot be determined, keeps the existing /api/v2/ingest route and settings. The Enterprise scheduler is unchanged. Both read [destination.bloodhound], falling back to [destination.bloodhoundenterprise]. Depends on the `schema upload` change (SpecterOps#95) for that credential loader. Tested against a live Community Edition instance.
