Description

This PR delivers the PostgreSQL traversal/runtime work as a complete, validated stack:

Expands CySQL/PostgreSQL translation and optimization coverage for unbounded expansions, multipart reversal, shortest paths, traversal orientation, fixed-suffix routes, graph scoping, and path identity/order preservation.
Adds graph-scoped execution, traversal-policy foundations, topology-aware routing, generation-safe cache invalidation, and first-use retry handling.
Replaces the legacy driver-wide PostgreSQL translation cache and separate drivers/pg/v2 package with the finalized connection-local runtime in drivers/pg.
- pg.NewPool remains the caller-owned pool constructor and installs lifecycle hooks.
- Callers continue passing the resulting *pgxpool.Pool to pg.NewDriver or dawgs.Open.
- Adds bounded per-connection caches, shared immutable shortest-path templates, cache diagnostics, and statement warm-up controls.
Adds broad cross-backend regression coverage, disposable-database enforcement, PostgreSQL schema/codec coverage, mutation coverage, and backend-equivalent integration cases.
Adds GraphBench qualification infrastructure: reproducible corpus execution, portable evidence bundles, plan and backend deltas, statistical/performance/resource gates, promotion manifests, and traversal telemetry.
Updates benchmark tooling, documentation, operational protocols, and CI/test workflow guidance.

Benchmark deltas vs `main`

Compared main (9c2f496) with this branch (cd975e4) for the two shared benchmark datasets, base and traversal_shapes. Each side used two 50-iteration captures per scenario, one warm-up, and one worker. Negative deltas are faster.
