GitHub retires the macos-14 runner image on Nov 2, 2026. This switches the release workflow Apple Silicon job to macos-15, which already passed a no-publish test build via the PR #380 manual trigger guard. No tags or releases are created by this PR. Needs a human merge (Pitcrew does not merge to main). Linear: SLA-50.
