Adds Nexview to the request apps section, next to Ombi, Seerr and Petio.

Disclosure: I am the author of Nexview. It is a self-hosted media discovery and
request dashboard for Radarr and Sonarr, AGPL-3.0, in the TrueNAS community catalogue and
Unraid Community Applications.

Happy to drop this if you would rather see more traction first.

The failing pre-commit.ci check is unrelated to this change — markdownlint flags two fenced blocks without a language in lidarr/tips-and-tricks.md, which are already on master. The hook runs over all files, so #462 and #457 are red for the same reason.

Happy to fix those two fences in a separate PR if that would help.

The pre-commit.ci failure here comes from lidarr/tips-and-tricks.md (MD040, unlabeled fenced code blocks), not from the files this PR changes. #455 fixed that on master, but this branch still has the old version of the file, so a rerun alone won't clear it. Could you rebase onto the latest master? The check should pass after that.
