Closes #807. Supplies the WebScene NativeWeb API needed by SceneTech/AppScene#298 after the raw Code OSS runtime path landed in #806.
Result
NativeWeb now preserves mouse/touch/pen device class, stable pointer ID, and primary state through an additive
pointer_inputdescriptor and appended event fields. The existingdocument::pointersymbol remains legacy primary mouse ID 1.Pressed targets use a fixed 16-entry contact array. Cancellation/release retire only the matching ID, only primary input drives the legacy
:activeslot, and touch does not create sticky mouse hover. Invalid device values and IDs fail before DOM dispatch.Authored gates
The existing NativeWeb contract now covers legacy/touch/pen identity, primary state, simultaneous IDs, matching cancellation, cancel-without-click, invalid IDs, and a 10,000-move bounded-state sequence.
Per the active fast direction, no local build, test, package, performance, memory, or lifecycle command ran. The source-reviewed boundary and deferred evidence are recorded in
docs/validation/nativeweb-pointer-device-807-298.md.
