Refresh CSS identities without growing native_document #826

Description

@wieslawsoltes

Parent: #687. Release coordination: #227.

Problem

Exact top-stack native package run 35508413233 reaches Linux/Windows compilation and fails before the runtime translation unit on stale CSS property ordinals and the 384-byte native_document footprint gate. Two typed properties were added, shifting every identity at/after contain-intrinsic-size, while css_property_identity_tests.cpp still asserts the previous ordinals. New document-owned CSS state also exceeded the cross-library cold document budget on MSVC.

Scope

  • Refresh exact generated property identity/count expectations from the authoritative catalogs.
  • Keep identity uniqueness and CSSOM/native catalog consistency checks intact.
  • Move newly added compatibility state behind existing lazy/pay-for-use document storage instead of increasing the global document budget.
  • Retain the 384-byte cross-library gate.

Acceptance

Linux GCC and Windows MSVC compile the property identity targets and native_document stays within its existing footprint budget.
