main. The fix was run from source against a throwawayTIMEPRO_CLI_CONFIG_DIR. With 0.3.5 recorded first, the installed 0.3.4 printed the empty-range message, while a fixed build stamped 0.3.4 printed the 0.3.4 notes. The 0.3.4 → 0.3.5 upgrade path still shows only the 0.3.5 notes. Release-notes catalog test passes;readlink release-notes/latest.md→0.3.6.md.Not run on staging: the change makes no API calls.
