…n apps and backdrop Tatami reads the choices Settings -> App Launcher writes to launcher.json: columns and tile width (the sheet is their product, columns drop on a narrow screen), section order and visibility, pinned apps first with a star, hidden apps, overlay opacity and a backdrop blur it draws itself from a frozen screen capture. A settings.json lists the cards Settings should show for it; AUTHORING.md documents the file and the capability names.
…n search) Backdrop frost is requested only where Wm.caps.persistentScreenCapture is set, so niri never opens a whole-screen capture, and the capture is let go shortly after its frame arrives instead of living until the sheet is destroyed. launcher.json values go through lib/config.js: lists must be lists of ids, numbers must be numbers inside the range Settings offers, anything else falls back to the default. Favorites now lead a search as well as a section, as the description says. Node test in tests/tatami-launcher.test.mjs.

Both Caelestia switches now follow Ryoku's persistent Keep Awake state. Standalone Caelestia still uses its own inhibitor. Note: Fixed: Caelestia and Ryoku Keep Awake switches stay in sync.
A hand-edited launcher.json can claim an enormous array-like length. Limit indexed reads so opening the launcher cannot stall the shell. Keep Tatami's QML sequence handling and repack its install manifest. Note: Fixed: Unusual launcher settings can no longer freeze Tatami.
Wait for the shell to confirm a secure lock before retrying hibernate. Drop authoring files from the installed plugin payload. Note: Fixed: Power Menu V2 hibernates only after the screen is locked.
The panel no longer imports a compositor-specific module. Helpers use the plugin state folder and honour the IP setting. Playback stops on unload; manifests disclose stream hosts and dependencies. Note: Fixed: Radio Atlas now works across desktops and stops when removed.
An unavailable GPU choice must not silently show a different card. Hide old process activity when a fresh sample has none. Note: Fixed: GPU Monitor keeps its readings tied to the selected card.
