Superseded by the v1.0.1 bump (veiled ground — the current wallpaper shows through the lock, blurred). Filing there instead of mutating a PR under review, per my standing practice. — 0xSrcAura |

Kitsune — a lockscreen by 0xSrcAura
Ase, the seven-tailed kitsune, and her seven tarot folds — my lock and
login composition from Jurai shell, built in October 2026 and carried to
the store whole: her scene, her shaders, her words. Nothing redrawn.
The ceremony. Typing binds the folds one by one, each whispered as
it lands — THE EYE · TRUTH, THE PHANTOM · POWER, THE BLADE · WISDOM,
THE SAGE · JUDGMENT, THE SHROUD · LIFE, THE FORGE · LOVE, THE MIRROR ·
DISCIPLINE. At seven the Cast rises: INVOKE THE SEAL. A wrong key
hurts her and scatters the cards; the true key transforms her and the
seal opens.
The port (full notes in the product's PROVENANCE.txt). The greeter
root speaks SDDM's own idiom, so the same face stands at the login
door and — through Ryoku's SddmShim — at the session lock. Her scene
files (
gotchi/), shaders (shaders/), and palette singleton arebyte-for-byte from the shell tree. The port's hand is three small
things: a resting
ArOrchestratorsingleton (the AR stage's state, never raised at the door), a
tw/qmldirso the greeter registers hersingletons, and the theme.conf/metadata dress. No bundled wallpaper:
where no manager publishes one, she stands on the veiled dark.
Proof. Seated locally from the catalogue and framed on the real
Ryoku session lock (her preview is that frame — username prefilled
from the user model, whisper lit) and in
sddm-greeter-qt6 --test-mode.tests/validate-catalogue.shgreen.This supersedes my Fūin PR (#140): Threshold was a fine door, but this
is the lock screen I actually built and the one I want wearing my
name. I'll close #140 myself once this is up.
