vesktop-themes: retire Ryoku Discord, which Ryoku now ships - #102

Ryoku ships Ron's Ryoku Discord theme as the default for Vesktop and Equibop (ryoku b30b7c2e9). On update its doctor moves every profile that used this store copy, the Flathub Vesktop included, to the shipped theme and then removes the copy (ryoku fdf1c67ab). The listing goes and the Vesktop themes registry is empty; the store hides an empty category. Merge this only after the Ryoku release with those commits reaches users. Every Ryoku version reads this catalogue from main, so merging first leaves current-release users with no copy of the theme at all.
