60-ryoku-i2c.rules sets GROUP="i2c" on /dev/i2c-*, but only the Void template creates that group. On Fedora (and Arch) udev logs this on every boot:

60-ryoku-i2c.rules:3 Failed to resolve group 'i2c', ignoring: Unknown group

DDC brightness still works through uaccess; this only removes the error and makes the group real.

  • Add system/hardware/ddc/ryoku-i2c.sysusers (g i2c - -), installed to /usr/lib/sysusers.d/ryoku-i2c.conf in systemd builds. Void keeps system_groups="i2c".
  • tests/payload-parity.sh: treat the file as systemd-only.

Tested: systemd-sysusers --dry-run on the file, a staged systemd payload contains it, tests/payload-parity.sh and tests/fedora-packages.sh pass.

60-ryoku-i2c.rules assigns /dev/i2c-* to an i2c group that only the Void
template created, so udev logged an unknown-group error on every Fedora
and Arch boot. Ship the group as a sysusers.d entry.

Note: Fixed: udev no longer logs a missing i2c group error at boot
