Delivers local create/list/show profile commands for this historical Bittensor6.9.3 fork. Profile creation no longer opens a live Subtensor connection. Directory paths work without trailing slashes; names and symlinks are checked; noninteractive overwrite requires an explicit flag; file replacement is atomic and stores only allowlisted nonsecret configuration.

Eight offline regressions load the actual historical configuration class and cover CLI arguments, endpoint selection, persistence, listing/showing, invalid paths/IDs, overwrite refusal and failed replacement. CI supplies the historical Munch/Setuptools compatibility dependency in an isolated environment.

Current upstream compatibility was reviewed: archived parent RaoFoundation/bittensor has moved SDK modules under core and no longer has this CLI layout. This delivery is scoped to the existing fork and does not claim modern upstream CLI compatibility. No live network or wallet/key operation is performed.
