The pinning bot's partial rebuilds append new build_number entries to distros/<d>/pkg_additional_info.yaml unsorted. Every partial-rebuild PR then fails rs check ("YAML files are not sorted"), as #63, #65, #66 and #68 do now.

bump_partial() now sorts the file the same way pixi run sort does (vinca's sort_mapping_keys). This is the same fix as in #64, split out because #64 changes a workflow file and has to be merged in the browser. With this merged, #64's copy becomes a no-op.

A new test bumps two packages into an unsorted file and checks that the result is already sorted. It fails without the fix. pixi run test (14) and rs check pass.

It appended new build-number entries unsorted, so every partial-rebuild PR
of the pinning bot failed rs check ("YAML files are not sorted").

The bot appends build numbers unsorted until #72; rs check requires sorted files.
