TypeScript 7 has no JavaScript API, so tsup cannot generate type declarations with it, and vitest 5 does not install on Node 20. Pins typescript ^5.9, tsup ^8.5 and vitest ^3.2, tells Dependabot to skip their major versions, tests on Node 20, 22 and 24, and includes the checkout v7 and upload-pages-artifact v5 updates from #4 and #5.
