Found on a mainnet provider running stock Curio-PDP on Lantern: after paying the 5 FIL registry fee the PDP wallet held ~4.9 FIL and Curio's /pdp/ping returned 503 'Balance for PDP wallet ... is below 5 FIL' (proving continued, but clients treat the provider as unhealthy). Raises the funding guidance to ~11 tFIL and adds a troubleshooting row.
