Addresses the only open Copilot review finding on #23: record_apply_refusal was the one DAO function whose conn parameter lacked the sqlite3.Connection annotation. Type annotation only; no behaviour change. tests/test_reflection_freshness.py: 24 passed; ruff check: clean.

Every other DAO function in reflection_dao declares conn: sqlite3.Connection. Copilot review finding on PR #23.

🟢 Approval recommended

It is a single, correct type-annotation addition that matches the file's existing convention with no behavioral change.

What changed in this PR

This PR adds a missing sqlite3.Connection type annotation to the conn parameter of the record_apply_refusal DAO function in reflection_dao.py. It addresses the sole open Copilot review finding from the related PR #23 (which introduced stale-approval refusal at apply time). The change is purely a type annotation with no behavioral impact, bringing this function in line with the rest of the DAO functions in the file, all of which already annotate conn as sqlite3.Connection.

Changes:

  • Added sqlite3.Connection type annotation to the conn parameter of record_apply_refusal.
File Description
reflection_dao.py Annotates the conn parameter of record_apply_refusal as sqlite3.Connection for type consistency.

I verified that sqlite3 is imported at reflection_dao.py:16 and that the new annotation matches the established convention used by every other DAO function in the file (e.g., lines 92, 100, 367, 488). The change is correct and complete.
