Prepare OpenCollab 0.9.6 by aligning package metadata and the lockfile and documenting the changes since 0.9.5 in the changelog. The release includes configurable isolation, shared model routing, member-authored workflows, and the reviewed runtime and artifact recovery fixes.
The release changes are limited to CHANGELOG.md, pyproject.toml, uv.lock and opencollab/init.py. Existing README and News content is preserved.
Local version and SDK checks passed 21 tests. Ruff, import rules, dependency checks and lockfile validation passed. Final release verification includes complete CI on the merged commit, artifacts built from its Git archive, an isolated wheel installation, a signed annotated tag and public download verification.
The maintainer has explicitly waived remote tag protection for this 0.9.6 release. The existing GitHub-registered SSH signing key has passed a local signing and verification probe.
