Supported typed operation construction for deserialized Operation objects: * Operations registry auto-populated via __init_subclass__ from the `op_base` ClassVar declared on each typed operation class * `BaseOp` vocabulary converted to a str-based enumerate * Method from_operation() rebuilds typed operations and preserves attributes, semantic function and table fields; YAML serialization invokes it when deserializing `Operation` entries.

* Typed operation reconstruction now restores name, attributes, and semantic fields inside each cls.from_operation, so direct calls return a fully-formed operation
